What are the usual delivery times?

How can I track my order?

What if I am not at home when delivery takes place?
The delivery service contacts the customer before each delivery to agree on a day and time of delivery. If despite everything the customer is not at home to receive the order, the package will either be left at the nearest relay point or the customer will be contacted again to reschedule a delivery.
What should I do if my order is damaged upon delivery?
If your order arrives damaged, it is important to make a detailed reservation (specifying exactly what is damaged) upon receipt of the package in the presence of the delivery person. Then, we invite you to contact customer service to agree on a potential refund or replacement of the product.
Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my billing address?
